UK private market origination firm Thomas Kelly Holdings (TKH) is expanding its international adviser network over the next 12 months, targeting relationships across the UAE, Europe and Asia to connect high-net-worth investors with private market opportunities.
Andrew Ritchings-founded firm targets HNW investors via professional advisers in 12-month global growth push
The firm’s offering spans specialist supported housing, secured loan notes, actively managed certificates, early-stage venture capital through the Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS) and digital asset strategies.
TKH said it does not manage funds or provide regulated financial advice, instead working alongside advisers who assess the suitability of opportunities for their clients and make investment recommendations.
The expansion will include developing relationships within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), two financial hubs in the UAE.
According to TKH, the move reflects demand from boutique independent financial adviser (IFA) practices and wealth managers serving UK expatriates and high-net-worth clients for private market opportunities that complement their existing investment offerings.
The planned expansion will extend TKH’s existing UK origination model into international markets, with professional advisers remaining responsible for understanding clients’ needs and assessing investment suitability.
Andrew Ritchings, founder and chief executive of Thomas Kelly Holdings, said: “What we have built is the result of choosing depth over volume at every stage.
“Our work begins with relationships, not targets. We present structured, well-evidenced opportunities to the right people at the right time – and we rely on the adviser to do what only the adviser can do: understand the client, assess suitability and make the professional recommendation. That clarity of role is central to how we operate.”
