Partners Group raises $510m in credit feeder vehicle

The firm’s private credit evergreen structure targets senior direct lending investments in non-cyclical sectors

Partners Group has closed its second rated feeder vehicle of 2026 for its private credit evergreen strategy, securing $510m (£381m) in commitments from a group of US insurance companies.

The firm has now secured $875m (£654m) in total through these specialised vehicles, following an earlier $365m (£273m) financing partnership completed in January.

The latest transaction saw institutional insurers commit capital across the investment grade notes, junior notes and equity tranches of the structure. These tailored feeder vehicles allow insurance businesses to target private market yields while reducing capital charges and maximising balance sheet efficiency.

The firm’s private credit evergreen structure targets senior direct lending investments in non-cyclical sectors across developed global markets. Established in 2016, the vehicle represents one of the longest-running track records in the private debt market.

Nicholas Hegarty, co-head client solutions in the Americas at Partners Group, said: “Our insurance solutions continue to deliver meaningful benefits for our clients. We’re excited about the near-term opportunity as we progress the creation of additional vehicles aiming to achieve the dual objectives of capital efficiency and investment returns.”

Andrew Bellis, global head of private credit at Partners Group, added: “These financings are a testament to the strength of our global private credit platform, which has an investment track spanning over 20 years. Our evergreen strategy enables our clients to gain immediate exposure to a highly diversified global portfolio of private credit.”
