Queen’s Park Equity has announced the establishment of Canford Group, following the acquisition of property legal services firm PDC Group.
Canford Group is a tech-enabled specialist legal services platform, founded through the combination of Canford Law and PDC Group. The groups’ scale is intended to allow for continued investment in its staff, technology and quality of service across all businesses.
PDC provides end-to-end debt recovery services for landlords and residential property managers through its three specialist entities: property debt collection, PDC law and PDC conveyancing. This combined expertise allows the firm to manage the entire lifecycle of unpaid service charge and ground rent recovery, from initial collection to legal enforcement.
The firm confirmed the senior leadership team, led by managing director Reece Wheeldon, will remain in place and retain a significant equity stake, ensuring continuity across the business as it continues to operate under its own brand.

PDC will join Canford Law and Canford Law Scotland as our third vertical and represents the first of several acquisitions planned as we expand across the sector.
