Flashpoint Capital raises $141.5m across venture and debt funds

London asset manager announces new fund closes and executive reshuffle as it expands international platform

Flashpoint Capital has raised $141.5m (£106m) across its venture growth and growth debt vehicles, while restructuring its senior executive leadership team.

The London-based GP said it reached a final close for its Venture Growth Fund IV at $116m (£87m). The fund targets business software and AI firms established by European and Israeli founders expanding into the US market.

Fund IV has backed 10 companies to date and targeted between 15 and 20 investments in total, having completed its first exit earlier this year with Kaiko.

The asset manager also completed a $25.5m (£19.1m) co-investment vehicle alongside its $66.1m (£49.5m) Growth Debt Fund II. The transaction brings the total size of Flashpoint’s debt platform to $127m (£95m).

The vehicle is roughly 60% deployed and co-invests in companies including One Day, Spotawheel and ANNA Money. The firm is now preparing to launch its third growth debt vehicle.

Alongside the fund closures, Flashpoint restructured its board. Chief executive Denis Mosolov has assumed leadership of the firm, while co-founder and chief investment officer Alexander Konoplyasty takes charge of all investment activities.

Co-founder Michael Szalontay has stepped down from day-to-day operations to oversee the firm’s direct secondaries strategy, which will run through a joint venture subject to regulatory approval.

Founded in 2012, Flashpoint manages approximately $600m (£449m) in assets across offices in London, New York and Tel Aviv. The group rebranded from Flashpoint VC in March 2026, a move it said reflected its expansion into broader institutional asset management.
