Aliter Capital has raised a new £50m fund to support the growth of its technology businesses TXP and Serbus, with the capital earmarked for further acquisitions and investment.
The Annex Fund will sit alongside Aliter’s existing £134m Aliter Capital II fund and has been backed exclusively by existing institutional investors. It will provide dedicated funding for the next stage of growth at both businesses while allowing Aliter to retain its existing interests.
Aliter first invested in the two firms in 2022, supporting three add-on acquisitions at each. The businesses were rebranded as TXP in 2025 and Serbus in 2026.
TXP (Technology x People) provides technology consulting, development and resourcing services, while Serbus specialises in secure networking and communications solutions for the UK’s critical national infrastructure (CNI).
Greig Brown, partner at Aliter, said: “In establishing the Annex Fund, we very much welcome the strong support shown by the existing Aliter Capital II investors participating in the Annex Fund.
"TXP and Serbus have great management teams, with a clarity of vision and exciting plans for future growth. We look forward to extending our close working relationship with them and the new funds will facilitate a wider range of strategic add-on acquisitions.”
John Antunes, chief executive of TXP, added: “We’re delighted to have the continued backing of Aliter and its investors as we enter the next phase of TXP’s growth.
“It gives us further firepower to accelerate our buy-and-build ambitions, broaden our capabilities and continue building a differentiated technology business that delivers greater value for our clients.”
